The aesthetic wellness space touches every dimension of health – skin, hormones, weight, psychology, longevity. VIO’s external advisory board is a multidisciplinary body of medical leaders spanning the corners of healthcare, each with a unique perspective on medical aesthetics.

Their function is to vet every service category VIO touches against the full spectrum of how it affects the human body. When VIO expands into a new area – metabolic health, regenerative medicine, hormonal wellness – the right clinical voices are already in the room.

Led by our Chief Medical Officer, supported by a Clinical Director, 35+ Medical Directors, and 300+ practitioners across 65+ locations. This is the body that governs clinical consistency, setting the standards that define quality, safety, and excellence across the entire national collective.

Internal committees keep the work specific and ongoing: clinical excellence, innovation, franchisee best practices, and growth and development.

VIO providers are trained before they see our guests and educated continuously after. Led by our CMO and Clinical Director, the standards that govern how every provider shows up, for quality, for safety, for clinical excellence, are set at the center and applied across every location.

That standard moves. New research surfaces, methods are reviewed, techniques are refined, and that knowledge travels across the network so your outcome reflects the collective’s best current understanding, wherever you are, whoever you see.

Beyond the network, VIO is in the rooms where the field is being shaped. Our CMO presents at the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Dermatological Surgery. We speak at industry conferences and lead panels, because the best practitioners are always students. Leading and learning are the same discipline.

VIO University is our immersive in-person clinical training. Our clinical team, franchise owners, providers, managers, and brand partners gather to explore what is emerging, learn what is new for VIO and the field, and share best practices across the collective.

The 2026 VIO University focused on collagen and regenerative aesthetics. The VIO clinical team led sessions on energy-based devices, RF microneedling, platelet-derived exosomes, MOXI and BBL laser, SkinFlammation, and topical regenerative science.
