SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

VIO Med Spa SMS Communications Program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from VIO Med Spa regarding your interactions with our services. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, account notifications, service-related communications, and limited promotional or marketing messages.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with VIO Med Spa. Marketing messages will generally not exceed four (4) messages per month per location. Appointment confirmations, reminders, and other service-related messages may be sent as needed in connection with your scheduled services.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Re-Enrollment Instructions

If you previously opted out and wish to resume receiving SMS messages, you must submit a new opt-in request through one of our approved enrollment methods (such as an online form or in-office consent process).

Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in the VIO Med Spa SMS Communications Program. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are the authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided.

We do not knowingly enroll individuals under the age of 18 in our SMS program.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are dependent on your wireless carrier and service plan. VIO Med Spa is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
